Brushless Motor Replacement Kit with 1000 Watt Motor for Currie, GT, Mongoose, and Schwinn Electric Scooters
- This is a 36 Volt kit and requires changing the original 24 Volt battery pack to a 36 Volt battery pack. Changing the battery pack to 36 Volts will require smaller batteries, modifying the battery tray, or mounting one of the batteries outside of the battery tray.
- Replaces brushless motors with 15 tooth freewheel sprockets on older versions of Currie, GT, Mongoose, and Schwinn electric scooters.
- Upgrades older scooters to have the more reliable brushed type of motor with external speed controller and upgraded throttle.
- Plug-and-play installation. Direct replacement kit for scooters with brushless motors. No cutting and splicing of wires is required. Battery pack will need to be converted from 24 to 36 Volts though.
- Kit includes 36 Volt 1000 Watt brushed motor with neodymium magnets.
- Replaces MAC and Kollmorgen brushless motors which often had a Currie Electro Drive label on the outside of them.
