48 Volt 1800 Watt Razor Dune Buggy Modification Kit for LiFePO4 or Li-ion Battery

This is a modification parts kit and requires custom installation of all parts.
This is a 48 Volt no batteries (NB) kit that does not include a battery and it does not work with the original Razor Dune Buggy battery pack.
We install matching labeled wire connectors on all parts of the kit for easy plug-and-play assembly and we bench-test the kit to make sure that everything works properly before shipping it to you.
The red push-button switch on the throttle is the on-off switch for this kit.
The chain with master link in this kit is oversized and will need to be shortened to the correct length after the motor is installed.
Two pieces of 1/4” threaded rod (not included with kit) that are bent into a U shape can be used to install the motor without needing to modify the frame’s motor mount. 1/4” ID vinyl tubing can be placed over the threaded rod to help it grip the motor better and prevent scratching it.
A different version of this kit can be special ordered with a motor that has a mounting base if you prefer to modify the frame's motor mount or make a motor mount adapter instead of using threaded rod.
This kit is designed to be used with a 48 Volt LiFePO4 or Li-ion battery that has a 40 Amp or higher maximum continuous output rating plus a battery charger and charger port.
