- Includes 11-tooth motor sprocket for T8F (8mm) chain.
- This kit has reverse with a toggle switch that controls forward and reverse directions.
- The motor can be wired to run the motor clockwise or counterclockwise when the forward-reverse switch is in the forward position so the motor can be mounted with its shaft on the left side or right side of the go-kart.
⚠️ Warning: When using this kit to convert a gas powered go-kart to electric, the original axle sprocket usually has too few teeth to provide the proper gear ratio for the electric motor, and using the original sprocket may overheat and damage the electric motor and/or controller. T8F chain and sprockets will usually be required to achieve the proper gear ratio while keeping the axle sprocket from being larger than the rear tires.
