Wire Routing
This kit is electronically 100% plug-and-play. We install matching connectors on every part of this kit and label them so all you have to do is plug everything together.
- The motor has an 11 tooth sprocket for 8mm chain factory installed onto it and a 10 tooth sprocket for #35 chain is included with this kit that fits directly onto the motor and can replace the sprocket for 8mm chain.
- Power off, power on forward, and power on reverse are activated by the three-position key switch.
- The reverse relays will be wired close to the controller so they can be mounted in the same area.
We have motor sprockets for #420 chain which fit the motor in this kit. We also have wheel and axle sprockets and axle adapters for 8mm (T8F), #35, and #420 chain which can be used with this kit.
